If you do not know the answer do not feel bad! Did you know that more than seventy percent of men who experienced a break up or divorce could not answer this question? What makes things even worse, is that most women do not have a clue either.

The thing about breakups that makes things so complicated, are the Mixed Signals your ex sends to you. Do you get where I am coming from? Lets just take a quick look at something you can probably relate too.

Despite everything that has happened in your relationship, does your ex still tell you that they still love you?

If yes, what happens to you when you ex tells you these types of things? If you are anything like me, it gets your hopes up, and you start believing that there is a good chance that you and your ex will get back together again.

Then what? When you try to get them back, you are slapped right back to reality. They come up with all types of excuses and BS of reasons why they are not ready to get back with you and that they think its best to remain friends.

Lets face it. The harder you try to make things better, the more they are pushed away. You see, when you are emotional over a break up, you emotions will force you to make desperate actions and poor decisions. Your actions do not reflect the qualities that they fell in love with you for. So if you are begging for them to give you a second chance, you are actually hurting yourself.

Look getting you ex back is not about tricks tactics and techniques. It all about having the right mindset, you cannot persuade your ex to change their mind by pressuring them to take you back. It just doesn’t work. Not only will your plan backfire in your face, but they will also lose respect for you in the process.

All this does is create a dreadful cycle of more desperate mistakes resulting in pushing them even further and further away from you.

If you open your eyes and take a look at the signals you ex is sending you, you would be able to see what’s really happening. Look your ex wants the person they first fell in love with. You know the person who was sweet for the first month, week, or years. Not the person the person this breakup has made you become.

So what's the solution here?

The solution is right under your nose. What you need to do is get yourself back into the same shape you were when you first meet them. Lets see, where you acting like this when you first meet. Well were you? I didn’t think so…
